Hi, I'm Dylan.
That's me with my wife and our pup. On job day, it's me and my helper who show up, do the work, and hand you anything personal we find along the way.
We're not the cheapest haul away in town and we don't try to be. We take our time, ask before anything goes, and leave you a garage you can actually use.
Send us your photos“We tried to clean out our garage for two years and kept putting it off or giving up. Dylan and Solah did in three hours what we couldn't do in two years.”
Carol W.“I can finally see the floor again! We're getting ready to sell our house, and now we have a garage we can actually show.”
Mark D.You decide. We do the heavy lifting.

Walkthrough
We confirm the price before we start. You stay on site to make the calls.
Sort together
Everything goes to keep, donate, or trash. Nothing is tossed without your OK.
Haul and sweep
Trash and donations leave, the floor gets swept, and keepers go back neatly.
$350–$750
Based on the size of the garage, how full it is, and how much sorting it takes. Your photos get you a range, and we confirm the final price at the walkthrough before any work starts.
Every job includes

Before you book.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. We need you on site to tell us what to keep, what to donate, and what to toss. That's how nothing leaves that you'd want back.
How long does it take?
It can take up to a few hours, start to finish.
What can't you take?
Propane tanks, gas cans, paint, chemicals, pesticides, and tires can't go in regular trash. We'll set them aside for you and point you to the county's household hazardous waste drop-off.
Appliances can go, with a small extra fee. Fridges and freezers need to be emptied first.
Do you go through every box?
Your choice. We can open totes one by one, or just consolidate and restack them. Going through every box takes longer, so it changes the price. Tell us which you want when you send photos.
What happens to donations?
Usable items go to local donation centers, and trash goes to the county transfer station.
Where do you work?
We're based in Palmetto and serve Manatee County, including Ellenton, Parrish, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Terra Ceia.
Ready for your garage back?
